Historical Document Archive

In 2024, the Recorder and Auditor hired ArcaSearch Digital Archiving Services to scan historical records and organize the records into an online archive. Currently, the Recorder's historical digital Archive includes General Index Deeds & Deed Index Town Lots, Index to Miscellaneous Records from 1842 through 1993. This extensive record collection includes Deed Records, Miscellaneous Records & Recorded Documents (from mid-1800's when the County was formed through July of 1993 - Book 341).

While the Index books are available for public view, the Record books will be released for public view following a redaction review process to block sensitive information.
