Senior Dining
We provide nutritious noon meals in social congregate settings, as well as home delivered meals to those that are homebound because of illness, incapacitating disability, or isolated. Our meals are analyzed to meet the recommended daily allowance of nutrients.
The Anamosa Site offers a full salad bar as well as a balanced hot meal. In addition to these services, we also offer frozen meals, which are an easy alternative to cooking.
- We have sites in Anamosa, Monticello, and Wyoming. - These sites offer a variety of activities, games, cards, and informational speakers.
We offer the opportunity to socialize or just relax and let someone else do the cooking for you! Some of our sites offer Music, Informational Guests, and Activities (including cards, puzzles, and games) that are listed on a monthly menu at the site or in the local paper. Informational Guests and live music are scheduled on a month to month basis. Those interested can call (319) 462-4484 for current information.
The suggested contribution for a congregate or home-delivered meal based on an adjustable scale, please contact the director. The amount you contribute is up to you and based on your ability to pay. For those that are under 60 years old, there is a required amount due, please contact the director for more information.
We can also help assist you to find other services in the area that you may need. All contributions are confidential and help to fund the cost of the program. Please call us if we can be of assistance to you or your family.
